Together. Connecting. Sharing. Growing.

As a body we as individual members must come together as one (John 17:21; Acts 2:44; Ephesians 4:13,16). We were created to function together—with Christ and with one another (John 14:6; 15:5; Acts 2:42).

This isn’t hypothetical. This isn’t a theory. When we are connected together, we will share with one another. Share our time and treasure and talent—our very lives—with one another. This fellowship with one another is sweet and refreshing and beneficial. And truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ (Acts 2:42; 1 John 1:3).

The natural result of such fellowship is growth. Just like a natural body, a body of people will grow, inwardly and outwardly, as it shares the life that is supplied from being connected together with one another in Christ (Ephesians 4:15, 16; Acts 2:47).

In His Grace,

Pastor Jeff
